Mr Novatus Massawe Marki graduate in 2018 with a degree in Bsc Agriculture general at Sokoine University of Agriculture. In the same year he joined Mtibwa Sugar Estate Limited where he worked as section manager where he gained enough skills on sugar cane farming. In 2020 he joined Sokoine University of Agriculture as Tutorial assistant.
